4PSA Community Terms and Conditions

Once you have accessed or joined this community, it's understood that you ("User") agree to follow the rules described below ("Terms and Conditions") with regard to the use of any areas of the 4PSA community (the "Community").

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to help build and maintain within the Community an atmosphere where freedom of speech is balanced by self-discipline and a mature attitude towards discussions.

Discussion Moderators will be available and will assist conversations with useful information and required considerations, while ensuring that our Community rules are followed.

Please note that our terms and conditions define what we consider acceptable behavior within our Community. Therefore, it is recommended that such requirements are carefully read and considered before posting comments.

Although Discussion Moderators cannot take responsibility for monitoring every message posted within the Community, we reserve the right to remove comments posted by Users who repeatedly ignore the Terms and Conditions detailed herein.

4PSA also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and such changes become effective as soon as they are posted. Therefore, Users are recommended to check for updates regularly.

Personal Identification To post a comment, you need to register an account. You are responsible for the entire activity carried out under your account or your associated account, as well as for your password(s). 4PSA will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account or any loss of associated data.

Also, you are kindly asked not to not represent yourself as another person.

We do not recommend submitting content that does not comply with the current Terms and Conditions. We do not encourage Users to post content that:

  • breaks any relevant local, national or international law;
  • incites or encourages others to break any such law;
  • is racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise discriminatory;
  • is pornographic, obscene, profane, vulgar, or contain swearing (including words which use asterisks or any other symbols instead of a letter to make the profanity less obvious);
  • is defamatory of any person, entity or organization;
  • is persistently abusive, threatening, repeatedly a source of nuisance or annoyance or otherwise illegal towards other Community users, our staff or our property or that of our agents;
  • is offensive in our reasonable opinion;

  • impersonates or attempt to impersonate another person, whether or not that person is a User within our Community;
  • infringes the privacy of an individual or company, including but not limited to posting location and/or contact details of another person.
In case posts contain any of the above, we will delete them without further notice.

Before posting content containing images of another person(s); property owned by another person(s); and/ or reference to another person which might be used to identify them (either alone, or in combination with any other Content), we suggest that you obtain that person’s consent.

Discussion Conduct Our Community is primarily intended for topics related to 4PSA's products and services and for the discussion of items of membership interest.

When posting an idea that includes a feature suggestion, which may become subject to a community member vote, we strongly advise you to include only one idea/feature per post. This way, it will be clear and easy for all community members to vote solely for the feature they support.

Your message should be written within the scope of the subject under discussion. If your contribution to the subject under discussion is considered inappropriate based on the criteria listed above, you may be required by the Moderator to cease the discussion or to bring the matter forward within a separate discussion group.

No reference should be made to the personality of other participants in discussions. We strongly discourage any attacks on an individual's character, unless the person concerned has already chosen to bring their personality into discussion.

One-to-one arguments, disagreements, and disputes of a personal nature must be conducted through private e-mail, not through public discussion.

Please keep in mind that you are legally responsible for what you write. By participating in a discussion, you undertake to indemnify us and our employees and sub-contractors against any liability arising from any breach of confidentiality, copyright or other intellectual property right published by you within our Community and against all damages, losses, claims and costs (including without limitation all expenses incurred in conducting or defending any proceedings) arising from any such publication.

You must not make statements that are libelous, obscene, seek to incite racial hatred or otherwise break international laws.

Private Email If someone has sent you a private email, you are recommended not to forward it to a public discussion group without the prior consent of the person who sent it. This does not prevent you from forwarding private e-mail to the Discussion Moderator, in case you consider this appropriate.

Any contact details you are given once you are granted access within our Community should remain confidential and should not be used for any other external emailing purposes.

Any unauthorized attempt to extract or expose personal information for external use will be subject to 4PSA's disciplinary procedures.
